## Narrative

An employee drove a tractor to a paint load station, stood up, and was about to begin sanding an area of the tractor when the employee tripped and fell approximately 2 feet to the tractor tracks, before rolling and falling approximately 4 more feet to the concrete below. The employee was hospitalized.
