## Narrative

An employee was moving an 800 lbs. control panel onto a rig floor via forklift operations when the control panel became caught on a handrail, shifting the control panel from the strap. The control panel fell, striking the employee and then falling on top of the employee's left leg. The employee sustained a fractured left leg.
