## Narrative

An employee was staging product in a 34-degree cooler. He used the platform end of a double pallet truck to move a stack of pallets that were in an area he wanted to use for the staging. While he was pushing the stack of pallets, one of the pallets pushed against a bollard and trapped his leg against the body of the pallet truck, fracturing his tibia.
