## Narrative

An employee was walking in a hospital parking lot. She stepped onto the sidewalk, which caught her flip-flop. She tripped and fell onto a nearby car, then rolled, her right hip striking the pavement. She was hospitalized with a broken right femoral neck requiring surgery.
