## Narrative

An employee was providing air to support a bridge dismantling project. He began to walk to a truck where the air compressor was housed when his knee gave out at the top of a hill, causing him to slip down the embankment approximately 12 to 15 feet. He sustained knee injures and was hospitalized for surgery.
