## Narrative

On June 25, 2018, an employee was using a chainsaw to trim dead branches from a magnolia tree. He was 2.5 feet off the ground, standing in a tree notch, when he fell. The chainsaw lacerated his left forearm. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
