## Narrative

An employee was trying to get a shrink-wrapped pallet out of a trailer, using the truck's lift gate and a pallet jack. He fell about 3 feet to the ground, landing on his back and injuring his back/shoulder/neck area. He suffered a possible fracture in his back.
