## Narrative

An employee was cutting plastic bands on a bundle of 36 sheets of plywood that was suspended about 3 to 4 inches on another bundle placed on a rail tram. About 10 to 12 sheets fell onto the employee, causing him to sustain three fractures on the right leg and right ankle.
