## Narrative

An employee was using a hand truck to deliver a 160-pound beer keg to a basement. The keg fell off the hand truck, causing the employee to lose his balance and fall down the steps to the floor. The employee was hospitalized for surgery to treat a severe break to the foot/ankle.
