## Narrative

An employee was realigning a cardboard lid in a lidding machine. His sweatshirt was caught on the pulley driving the machine's infeed belts, and his arm was pulled in. He sustained bruises and scratches to his right arm and shoulder and fractured his knee while trying to free himself.
