## Narrative

On 11/11/18, an employee was looking for a cargo container on the vessel. He had climbed a ladderway to a catwalk when he lost his balance and fell backwards over a safety railing. He fell approximately 9 feet onto the deck level, before rolling and falling farther onto the main deck. He suffered a dislocated left knee and ankle and had some broken bones in his left foot.
