## Narrative

An employee was removing a concrete barrier wall. He had his hand on the bolt that joins two pieces of wall together, trying to remove it, when the backhoe shifted slightly and pinched his right middle finger. He pulled the finger out of the pinch point and ripped the skin off the end. The finger was amputated at the first knuckle.
