## Narrative

An employee was loading freight with a forklift and positioning freight against a trailer wall to be secured for transport. Heavy cargo that was moved against the trailer wall, slipped and fell onto the employee before it could be strapped in place. The employee was hospitalized for a possible spinal injury.
