## Narrative

At about 9:35 a.m. on January 8, 2019, an employee was clearing a jam in the bagel slicing area on a production line. She came into contact with a moving pressure conveyor and her left index fingertip was amputated. The bagel slicing area was guarded at the time of the incident.
