## Narrative

An employee had been driving in the middle of a bad snowstorm when he was notified to go home. He walked over to the passenger side of the truck, climbed up the side to grab his belongings, slipped, and fell to the ground, landing on and breaking his left ankle. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
