## Narrative

An employee opened the right door of a 53-foot trailer loaded with plastic bulkheads and empty 1/6 barrels. As the employee started to open the door, the weight from the shifted cargo pushed the door open causing the employee to fall approximately four feet to the ground. Some of the cargo fell on top of him as well. The employee was hospitalized for a fractured left hip and bruising to his left elbow.
