## Narrative

An employee installed a fuel pump on a customer's car and was bleeding the air out of the fuel lines. When all of the air was bled out fuel started to spray out onto his face, chest, arm and hand. He jumped back to get away from the spraying fuel and the wrench he was using to loosen the fuel line touched the positive terminal on the battery and caused a spark which ignited the fuel. The employee suffered third degree burns to the right hand.
