## Narrative

An employee was loading construction and interior office garbage into the rear loader of a garbage truck. As he pushed in a desk, the loader activated; his finger slipped and was caught between the inside wall of the truck and the desk. He suffered a partial amputation of the left thumb above the knuckle.
