## Narrative

At about 11:20 a.m. on March 9, 2019, an employee and his employer were working on the roof of a new construction structure. They were installing paper in the roof when both slipped and fell to the concrete floor. The employee suffered massive bleeding from the head and severe bruises on his left shoulder.
