## Narrative

An employee was using a knuckle boom to clear hurricane debris. A log slid off the grapple bucket and hit him in the face, knocking him out of his seat. He fell about 15 feet to the ground. He suffered a traumatic brain injury, a broken wrist, and other injuries.
