## Narrative

An employee was cleaning a reject from a press machine when the rollers came on. The employee's right index, middle, and ring fingers were caught between the rollers; she suffered a soft tissue amputation to the tip of the index finger, a missing nail on the ring finger, and a scratch on the middle finger.
