## Narrative

On April 25, 2019, an employee received an amputation on the left pinky finger while picking up cookies on a conveyor. There was a transition point (1/4 gap) between the conveyor and tracking cable. The employee's finger was caught within the cable, which resulted in hospitalization and an amputation.
