## Narrative

A jockey truck driver was attempting to make a U-turn and collided with another truck in another lane. The employee suffered blunt-force trauma to the neck, head and shoulder and a laceration on the head from initial impact inside the cab and subsequently striking the ground after being discharged through the driver-side window.
