## Narrative

An employee was operating a saw cutter while cutting a concrete slab (balcony) on the second floor level of a residential home when he slipped and fell approximately 8 feet down to the concrete ground level. He was hospitalized with a head fracture, a spinal fracture, and rib fractures.
