## Narrative

On June 21, 2019, an employee was working on his route for at least 5 hours and started experiencing cramps. The employee continued driving for approximately two hours alongside a supervisor who was delivering the packages to the clients. The employee was later hospitalized due to heat exhaustion and was diagnosed with a muscle injury.
