## Narrative

An employee was driving a four-wheeler. As the employee was leaving the dirt parking lot, the vehicle's tire caught the edge of the concrete. The vehicle tipped and the employee's right foot was caught and twisted between it and the concrete ground. The employee suffered a broken ankle.
