## Narrative

An employee had been draining a small vat used for cleaning machine parts; he had carried a 5-gallon bucket of cleaning fluid upstairs four times to pour it into a waste oil collection tank. He suffered dehydration and heat-exhaustion-related hand cramping, then chest and abdomen cramping.
