## Narrative

At 4:50 p.m. on July 20, 2019, an employee was clearing a tree caught in a downed telecommunication line. The tree shifted and struck the employee, who suffered a severed spinal cord and fractures of vertebrae, pelvis, shoulder, and ribs.
