## Narrative

On July 23, 2019, at approximately 10:30 AM, an employee was installing new hinge pins on the driver's side door of a truck. He bent down to move the stand arms of the lift, and when he stood back up the adjustment handle of the tool holding the door in place poked/contacted his armpit. Approximately 30 minutes later, the employee reported that it was getting painful and difficult to breathe. The employee was hospitalized for a partially collapsed left lung.
