## Narrative

A maintenance employee was attempting to repair a dripping A/C unit on top of a mezzanine when he fell 9 feet through a drop ceiling, suffering a head injury, broken ribs, broken vertebrae, and a concussion. The mezzanine was not fully guarded at the time of the incident.
