## Narrative

An employee was removing fencing panels from the back of a truck. After pushing a panel off the top of the pile, the employee moved to get down off the truck, slipped, and fell between the fencing panels and the stands that held the fencing up. The employee suffered injuries to the back, left shoulder, and right arm.
