## Narrative

An employee was driving a standup forklift down the main aisle to the break room for lunch. When the employee approached the area where the empty forklifts are staged, he turned the corner and hit a parked forklift. His foot was pinned between the two lifts. He sustained a fractured ankle and was hospitalized.
