## Narrative

An employee was pulling a 700- to 800-pound rigging hoist, which was on a four-wheel cart, out of a test fixture. The cart caught the side of the fixture and the hoist slid off it onto the employee's steel-toed boot. The employee suffered a fracture and laceration to the foot, as well as a knee contusion. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
