## Narrative

The injured employee was operating an electric pallet jack to shuttle empty totes and was driving around a pallet of freight. At the same time, a forklift operator was driving around the pallet of freight while carrying an empty pallet. The empty pallet contacted the injured employee s lower leg area, causing the employee to be thrown from the pallet jack and strike their head on the floor. The injured employee broke a leg.
