## Narrative

An employee was installing springs on a pickup truck. He was using a wrench and another part to compress the spring on the rear of the truck. The part slipped, causing the spring to snap back and  pinch his hand between the spring and the frame of the truck. He was hospitalized with a fractured right hand.
