## Narrative

An employee was standing next to a trackhoe looking at pipe when the bucket coupler released. The trackhoe's bucket struck the employee in the back and the bucket's teeth pierced the employee's side. The employee sustained injuries to the spine, ribs, spleen, and kidney.
