## Narrative

An employee and his co-worker were feeding ground wire underneath a transformer cabinet. His co-worker was pushing down on the ground cable with a metal framing system when the tension on the cable released, causing the metal framing system to drop down onto the employee's right hand. As a result, the employee sustained an amputation of the right index finger above the first knuckle.
