## Narrative

Two employees were reinstalling bolts on a steel ring that held a rubber membrane in place on the bottom of a laundry press. The metal basket had been raised using the system's hydraulics so the ring could be accessed. The basket dropped onto one employee's fingers, causing fractures and lacerations.
