## Narrative

An employee was using an overhead crane to lift a metal basket used to move tubulars. As it swung off a stand, the basket hit him on the right upper thigh and knocked him to the ground. He suffered a deep cut (to the bone) and a bone bruise; he was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
