## Narrative

An employee was working on a 10-foot ladder, installing conduit for a rough-in. The employee fell 8-10 feet to the concrete floor below, suffering a concussion, bruises, and lacerations to the top of his head on the right side; internal bleeding in his head; a broken right collarbone; and three broken ribs.
