## Narrative

On November 21, 2019, in the paint kitchen, an employee was clearing oil inside a pneumatic spray pump and their fingertip became caught between the pneumatically driven pump cup and the pump body. The employee sustained a fingertip and partial nail amputation to the second finger on the right hand.
