## Narrative

An employee was filling a missing cell into a carrier, which involved opening a door while a conveyor was running. The sleeve of the employee's smock was caught in the sprocket that moved the conveyor; the employee's arm was pulled into and through the sprocket, and the employee was trapped in the machine. She was hospitalized.
