## Narrative

An employee was clerking and counting bundled steel pipes that had already been unloaded from a barge for a forklift to pick up and bring to a staging area. A 4x8 piece of wood used to stack the bundles broke between one of the tiers, causing the bundled pipes to roll off and pinch the employee between pipes. The employee suffered a fractured pelvis and hip, along with some internal bleeding.
