## Narrative

An employee was helping to unload rolls of rubber (500 pounds each). The rolls are placed on racks and are secured with straps during delivery until it is time to unload. During the unloading, the pole attachment of a forklift could not reach high enough to get the roll. The employee was moving the rolls on the rack so they could be reached with the pole attachment when a roll fell on top of the employee's left leg, causing a fracture that required surgery.
