## Narrative

An employee was on a trailer, handing scaffold sections to employees on the ground. A frame that he was holding hooked another frame, which started shifting onto him; as he jumped off the trailer to avoid it, he fell and landed on his side. He suffered a broken left shoulder and was hospitalized.
