## Narrative

While stocking products in an aisle, an employee was descending a rolling ladder carrying a box when she missed the second step from the bottom and fell forward, catching her right foot on the bottom step and then impacting the floor. She was hospitalized and required surgery for a right lower leg/ankle fracture.
