## Narrative

The injured employee parked the vacuum truck on the SW end of the pulling unit. Another employee used the winch line on the pulling unit to grab a pipe. He wrapped the winch line around the vacuum truck's bumper tow pin and back up around the pipe to just below half-way up the pipe. The pipe began to bow in the middle. The pipe gave way and hit the injured employee on the left side, stomach, and back knocking the employee to the ground.
