## Narrative

On January 15, 2020, an employee was sitting on a rub rail at a dock. At the same time, a truck driver was backing a truck trailer into the dock. The employee was struck and caught between the truck and trailer, requiring hospitalization for fractured ribs and a lacerated kidney.
