## Narrative

An employee entered the conveyor area to insert multiple extensions into profiles. The employee stepped on the framework while exiting the conveyor area and fell forward, resulting in the employee being pinned between the framework.  The employee suffered a broken ankle, a broken fibula, and a dislocated knee, requiring hospitalization.
