## Narrative

An employee was pulling on a green vinyl strap that was part of the sheet skid packaging in an attempt to move the sheet skid to the back of the trailer for the next delivery. The vinyl strap broke, causing him to lose his balance and fall off the back of the trailer, landing on the ground. He sustained a laceration to the back of his head and broke four ribs.
